Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Loch Leven Brewery.

Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to help

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Loch Leven Brewery.

 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

The beer and gin we sell in our online shop is in glass bottles and, unfortunately, whilst we do our best to ensure that the products are well packed and use a reliable courier, we understand that sometimes breakages do happen. If they do occur, all that we ask is that you let us know within three days of the courier delivering the beer to you. We will then ask you to return (via the courier at our cost) the original package and any other spoiled bottles. We will then credit you for the beer or gin returned or send a replacement.

 

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.
